We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any item that is returned damaged or has the packaging been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and cover the return at your own expense. Should the product get lost or damaged from return, it remains the customers responsibility unless specified otherwise. We recommend that the product is sent to us via a registered post/courier service and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise.
Please note, some products may require 20% restocking fee. Though we will try to avoid this cost as much as possible it still may apply. The reason for the fee is restocking costs from the manufacturers and suppliers.
Exchanges are upon request and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If your return is accepted, weβll send you a return confirmation including instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure to include your proof of purchase, description of the issue and if possible photos/videos for our review.
Refunds
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
