We aim to dispatch your order on the same working day as the order is received. However, dispatch may take between 1-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched and on its way to you. Your order is usually delivered within 1-5 business days after the day of dispatch. The delivery is only within normal business hours Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Please note, transit times may vary depending on delivery location such as in rural and remote locations.
The delivery will be made to the address entered on the placed order. The address must be a physical street address within Australia (No PO Boxes) with road access only. Items will be delivered door-to-door at street level or driveway ONLY. If you require the item to be transported somewhere else on the property you will have to organise this at your own cost.
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of delivery delays without limitation to an unforeseen event, an Act of God or due to an incorrect postal address given. Any incurred fee for redelivery or return fee for missed delivery will be passed onto the customer.
All efforts are made to ensure displayed products are available, however, if an items is unavailable or out of stock with any of our supply chain, we will notify the purchaser immediately of this matter.
Please check your items are free from any damages and are the correct items ordered prior to accepting delivery. If there are any delivery anomalies with your items, please notify us as soon as possible specifying the nature of the problem.
In the event your order has not arrived at the expected time frame, you must contact us as soon as possible. We shall then conduct an investigation with our authorised carriers. Enquiries and claims may take several days but we aim to resolve all delivery issues immediately after being notified. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
Delivery Charges
Orders with delivery to Metro areas are generally free of charge. The set/free shipping prices are based on particular metro suburbs throughout Australia only.
Please be advised that we may be required to charge you additional delivery fee after the purchase. If this is the case, we will contact you advising you of the additional charges or contact us prior to purchasing to check if you are eligible for free shipping.
Warehouse / Depot pick up may be available on request.

Order Cancellation
Orders that are cancelled by the customer after being ordered, dispatched or delivered from the supplier or special orders made may incur a restocking fee. Please contact us to check before cancelling an order.
